Jonathan Meyer – Magician
Jonathan has over 20 years experience. During his college years, Jonathan first started as a stage magician at Frontier City from 1988 – 1992. He knows how to entertain and has a unique blend of magic and comedy. He’s an expert at sleight of hand and performs over 200 shows a year. After seeing Jonathan, people don’t just want any magician – they want Jonathan at their next event. Jonathan is known for doing performing difficult sleight of hand moves as a part of his performance. You won’t believe your eyes at one of his events!
Jonathan entertains at corporate and private events all over Oklahoma and the surrounding states.
Jonathan can still be seen regularly at Firelake Casino in Shawnee, on Fridays, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
Cliff Shelder – Keeping Country Music Alive
In the past two years Cliff Shelder has built a steady following around the Tuttle- Newcastle area performing at local restaurants and festivals. The patrons at Mickey’s Country Kitchen in Newcastle certainly know who Cliff is, and they pack the place out each time he performs there. Every other Friday night between 6 and 8PM you can hear him sing the songs of such legendary artists as Hank Williams, Ernest Tubb, Red Foley, Merle Haggard, Jim Reeves, Eddie Arnold, Bob Wills, and Randy Travis. “I developed a good fan base while I was singing at Kelley’s Urban Comfort Restaurant in Tuttle last year, and many of those folks now come over to Mickey’s to hear me sing”, said Shelder. Cliff also performs at many assisted living centers in the area, “That is what I love to the most, you should see the faces on those folks light up when they hear these old songs that they grew up with, it brings me as much joy as it does them”, he comments.
Cliff will be one of the featured performers at Tuttle’s Ice Cream Festival again this year. He performs Classic Country and Gospel music, and is available for alcohol-free events. Jackie & Jeanie Brooks and Mary Douglas
Jackie & Jeanie Brooks and Mary Douglas have been singing Gospel Music for 25 years more or less. (Probably more but they are not old.) They will be singing the Bluegrass Gospel Songs, “Sing Sister Sing“, “John Saw“, “Swing Low Sweet Chariot“. And ”If you’ll just Praise His Name,” at the festival. Ya’ll Come.
2nd Street Stage
The South 77 Band was formed in mid-August 2009. Anthony Busick and Jason Hemesley have been playing and making music together for 10 years. After playing in their church band together and being inspired by Reckless Kelly, Wade Bowen, Kevin Fowler and various other country artist, they decided to play Red Dirt/Southern Rock music because that’s where their love for music laid. After two months of paying in a garage they joined with Kent Skinner who is the drummer of the band. Today they are joined by Robert Hanson lead guitarist and Ed Whitmore on bass. They are now in the process of finishing up their first professional recording and are currently playing at local venues.

Centennial Square Dancers
“Experience the enjoyment of Square Dancing as performed by the Centennial Square Dancers at Tuttle’s 20th Annual Ice Cream Festival by the 2nd Street stage from 2:30 to 3 pm on May 21st. The group was organized in Oklahoma’s Centennial Year 2007, and enjoys the fellowship, exercise benefits, and fun of traditional square dancing in a “Family-type” atmosphere. Square dancing has been around in Oklahoma since the early Pioneer days, and it has been designated by the Oklahoma Legislature as the official folk dance of the State of Oklahoma.”
The Million Dollar Duo
Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley were two of the most legendary entertainers that ever lived. Their collective following transcends generations and brings people together. Twin brothers Leon and Leroy Scott give life to these two legends in their tribute show “The Million Dollar Duo.” Leroy performs as the man in black himself belting out hits like Folsom Prison Blues, Home of the Blues, And The Ring Of Fire.
When Leon steps on stage in his custom Elvis suits he builds himself the crowd takes notice. He performs many of the king’s popular hits as well as some of the lesser known standards. They have performed at a variety of locations including; The Newcastle senior citizen center, Duncan moose lodge, and family fun night at Trevino’s Mexican restaurant.
